Blake is an American actor and voice over artist, currently based in London. On screen, he can be seen playing Askold in Season 6 of the popular History channel series Vikings. He is currently touring the U.K. with Blackeyed Theatre in their production of Sherlock Holmes: The Valley of Fear. He returns to Blackeyed after playing the title role in their 2021/22 tour of The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. Blake is a member of the Factory Theatre Company and an Associate Artist with Heady Conduct Theatre Company, with both of whom he has performed extensively throughout the UK. Internationally, Blake has performed with New Zealand’s Pop-up Globe Theatre Company, appearing as Malcolm in Macbeth and Dromio of Syracuse in The Comedy of Errors, both shows enjoying critically acclaimed runs in Auckland and Sydney. He has also appeared in the Midsummer Scene Festival at Fort Lovrijenac in Dubrovnik, Croatia, playing Horatio in the first major production of Hamlet in Southeast Europe with a woman in the title role. In the US, Blake has performed with the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, appearing as Antipholus of Syracuse in The Comedy of Errors, Cassio in Othello, and Buckingham in The Three Musketeers.
