Billy Rayner is an American actor based in Paris whose career has taken him across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, working in film, television, theatre, voice-over, motion capture, and casting. Early in his screen career, he appeared in Jojo Rabbit before going on to play supporting roles across a wide range of international productions, including the Netflix series The Defeated and Haunted, and the feature films Nuremberg and The Last Supper. Most recently, he completed filming a supporting role in a major upcoming action franchise feature.
Alongside his on-screen work, Billy has built an extensive voice and performance-capture career. During two years based in Beirut, he worked extensively in English-language dubbing for the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets, voicing animated series and narrating documentary specials for Ramadan programming.
His game credits include a major role in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, supporting voice and motion-capture performances in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and Off The Grid, and supporting voice roles in Hellraiser: Revival. He has also been the principal English-language voice of Å koda Auto for more than a decade.
A former casting director, Billy brings a unique understanding of the audition process and the collaborative nature of filmmaking. Outside of acting, he occasionally performs as a lounge singer and remains drawn to complex characters, dark comedy, period dramas, and stories that explore the tension between vulnerability and strength.
